Our ‘Beyond Recruitment’ approach is all about adding value beyond the transactional part of the process.

For clients, we will provide access to live and up-to-date industry data and talent insights for finance teams, as well as consultancy support to improve cultures and increase employee engagement and retention levels.
And we don’t stop there.
We also want to make a positive impact outside of our recruitment scope. As co-founders, we each pledge a minimum of 3% of our profits to a mental health and social impact non-profit. This non-profit will support and raise awareness around social causes that make a real difference in people’s lives, in and out of work.
